Scheduling Clearwater: While group reformer classes is the main thing we offer, we can deliver privates at off class hours. To schedule, text or call the studio at 727-592-8963 or email at info@thepilateshaus.com to discuss times for private Pilates sessions.

Scheduling Palm Harbor: At our Palm Harbor studio we have a back room with a Reformer/ Cadillac so our schedule for privates is more flexible here. To schedule, text or call the studio at 727-469-3416 or email at infoph@thepilateshaus.com to discuss times for private Pilates sessions.

Cancellation Policy: A 24 hour cancellation is required prior to a scheduled private. Should you need to cancel, please call or text 727-592-8963 for CW or 727-469-3416 for PH.

Late Cancel/ No Show: If you fail to cancel 24 hours before or do not show to a scheduled private, you will lose the session.

Expiration: Private sessions expire 1 year from sale date.

All sales are final- No refunds.
The Pilates Haus is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
The Pilates Haus reserves the right to refuse business.
